SofTrek Corporation has implemented an online support site for its PledgeMaker client users. The support site allows clients to check the status of open issues, report new issues, and provide updates to the Client Services Department via the Internet.
"The online support system provides clients a convenient way to communicate with our support team with the goal of efficiently resolving each incoming issue," said Sharon Lambert, Director of Client Services. "We are pleased to introduce this new feature to our clients and believe they’ll find it a beneficial tool to enhance their use of PledgeMaker."
To begin using the online support feature, go to www.softrek.com and click “login.” Access to the support site is restricted to current clients and requires a username and password. Clients may also contact their Account Manager to learn more about using online support or to schedule a demonstration. Documentation is available to help guide users through the process.
